STC (Saudi Telecom Company), founded in 1998, has rapidly become one of Saudi Arabia’s most recognised and beloved brands - celebrated for its commitment to providing fast, reliable and secure access to information. The brand represents both heritage and a forward-looking vision, uniting deep-rooted national identity with global advancement.
Brief
STC sought to develop a sonic identity that bridged the past and the future, capturing both emotional heritage and modern aspiration. Our task was to create a sonic identity that could unify all brand communications - from advertising to applications - while expressing the company’s ambition to move forward as the leader in technology and innovation.
Vision
Our ambition was to create a sonic identity that would be instantly recognisable, emotionally resonant and woven into everyday life across Saudi Arabia. We created a distinctive 10 note melody - complex enough to be unique to STC, but short enough to be memorable in just a few seconds. STC’s 10 notes are woven throughout each piece of music we created, from tech-driven electronic tracks, to traditional Oud variations.
